We are happy to welcome PhD Luca Quaglia from University of Torino as Academic Guest at our Laboratory!

First participation of our lab in the annual ice hockey tournament together with ETH - Power Systems Laboratory (PSL) and IfA. It was great fun — and there's definitely some room to sharpen our skills before next year! 🏒⛸️

We are pleased to congratulate our Scientific Assistant, Hannah Kirchner, on passing her PhD Exam and take this occasion to wish Hannah every success in her future career!

We welcome  Arik Subhana, PhD Student at NTNU: Norwegian University of Science and Technology as Academic Guest at our High Voltage Lab.

A great idea for this year's start-in-the-year team event. We enjoyed most interesting 2 hours to explore the quests at BodaBorg Rümlang.

Operating at a 10 kV charge voltage with 8 robust modules, the system delivers up to 24 kA and 800 kJ of energy. Utilizing advanced FPGA control and non-isolated Hall sensor technology, it achieves rapid current ramping up to 80 kA/ms with versatile pulse durations up to several 100ms.
